contributed to Work Package 5: Youth Issues and Work Package 10: South East Europe, conducting extensive field research in Kosovo for the project until the beginning of 2018. Together with Thomas Feltes, he published the International Handbook on Information Communication Technologies for Community Oriented Policing.
Dr. Robin Hofmann is an assistant professor at the Department for Criminal Law and Criminology at Maastricht University. His research interests are in empirical and comparative legal research, cross-border cooperation in criminal matters, the European Criminal Justice Area and international policing. He holds a PhD in criminal law from the University of Bochum, Germany and was involved in the ICT4COP Project from 2015-2017. He has a background in German law as well as in sociology and has worked as a legal trainee for the German Prosecution Service and the UNICTY in The Hague.
